
Booking Policy
Please review our store policies before scheduling your appointment. There is a required $180 nonrefundable deposit for wedding dress alterations, a $85 nonrefundable deposit for regular alterations, and a $150 nonrefundable deposit for custom order appointments. This deposit is not refundable if you cancel the appointment, no call/no show, or decide not to go through with the alterations. This deposit will go towards the total bill for the service.
You must have an appointment, no walk-ins are accepted.
Wedding dress alteration appointments must be made at least 4 months in advance to desired pick up date.
Do no wait for reasons such as "weight-loss" to book your appointment, you must schedule your appointment and put in deposit 4 months in advance.
Wedding Dress Alterations

Appointment must be made at least 4 months in advance to desired pick-up date otherwise a rush fee (ranges $150-$350) will be required. This booking is for 1 dress only.
Regular Alterations
Please review our store policies before scheduling. There is a $85.00 nonrefundable deposit required. If you cancel the appointment, no call/no show, or decide not to go through with the alterations, deposit is not refundable. Deposit goes towards the total bill for the service. If appointment is made within 3 weeks of desired pick up date, a rush fee ranging $50-$150 will be required depending on timeframe and amount of work needed. This booking is for 1 item only.
Custom Orders
Please review our store policies before scheduling your appointment. There is a $150.00 nonrefundable deposit required for custom order appointments. If you cancel the appointment, no call/no show, or decide not to go through with the alterations, deposit is not refundable. This deposit will go towards the total bill for the service. If appointment is made less than 5 months prior to desired pick up date, a rush fee ranging from $100-$250 will be required.
More than 2 items alteration (includes regular and wedding dresses)
Please review our store policies before scheduling regarding timelines and rush fees. There is a $200 nonrefundable deposit required. If you cancel the appointment, no call/no show, or decide not to go through with the alterations, deposit is not refundable. Deposit goes towards the total bill for the service. This booking is for customers coming in with more than 2 items (one or more of those items can be wedding dresses).
You must respect the scheduled time for your appointment otherwise late arrivals will not be accepted.
There are no set prices for alterations.
You must come in for an appointment and price will be given at the end of consultation.
Brides may bring only 1 additional person to the appointment.
Please be advised that once you have completed the final fitting and picked up your dress, there will be no further alterations done. Any "change-of-mind" alterations will be done through a new scheduled appointment and at full price.
